Terms & Conditions – Arcade Giveaway Contest

1. Eligibility

• This promotion is open to all customers of QuickPlay NorthWest & ShoreCity.

• Participants must be 18 years or older or have parental/guardian consent to enter.

• Employees of QuickPlay and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter.

2. How to Enter

• To enter, participants must scan the QR code provided in-store and submit their details along with a photo of themselves playing at the arcade through the online form.

• Only one entry per person is allowed. Duplicate entries will be disqualified.

3. Contest Period

• The contest begins on 20th Sept 2025 and ends on 8th Oct 2025. Entries submitted after the closing date will not be accepted.

4. Prize Details

• The winner will receive a prize valued unto $250. The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other alternatives.

• The winner will be selected randomly and notified via the contact details provided.

5. Use of Images & Data

• By submitting an entry, participants agree to allow QuickPlay to use their submitted photos for promotional purposes, including but not limited to social media, website, and printed materials.

• Personal information collected during this promotion will only be used for contest administration and will not be shared with third parties.

6. Winner Announcement

• The winner will be announced on each week via email and social media.

• If the winner does not respond within 48 hours, another winner may be selected.

7. General Conditions

• QuickPlay reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the contest at any time without prior notice.

• Any entries deemed inappropriate or offensive will be disqualified.
